Getting it:
Travel to Azura's Shrine on the south-east coast of Vvardenfell. You'll know it by the huge stone statue of a woman (Azura). Enter and talk to her statue. She'll tell you that her old nemesis Sheogorath is trying to interrupt Rayna Drolin, who has performed some sort of vow of solitude. She wants you to travel to an island north-west of Dagon Fel and get rid of the Sheogorath's Daedra harassing her. The Golden Saint is the strongest one and might be the only one you really have to kill to complete the quest. On the Golden Saint is Sheogorath's Signet Ring which you need to show Azura.
Once you kill the Daedra and talk to Azura again she'll give you the Azura's Star as a reward. It's a reusable soulgem which is quite handy for enchanters. You also get to keep Sheogorath's Signet Ring, an expensive magical item.
