Getting it:
Go to Ebonheart and head south 2 sectors, then west 2 or 3. You're looking around for the Mudan Cave entrance which is at the edge of an island, underwater. Enter and swim down, keeping to the left. Eventually you'll run into the Lost Mudan Checkpoint. Go inside and go straight. Find the ladder to the vault and go up. Destroy the Centurion Guardian and take its key. Go to the closet and open it, revealing the Dragonbone cuirass.
