Getting them:
Go to Khartag Point, north of Gnaar Mok. Enter the cave which is at the tip of the island and proceed through it until you reach Soul's Rattle. There's a room with a statue in the center and several metal tubs. Look behind the tub on the left side as you come in, and you'll see the Fists of Randagulf.
