Getting it:
There is a large, long island west of Dagon Fel with the shrine on it. Go there and talk to the statue of Malacath inside. He says that a descendant of Oreyn Bearclaw is spreading false rumours of how his ancestor was some type of hero. This is not the case and Malacath wants you to stop the false rumours by killing him. He says to travel to Vivec and find him.
In fact, the descendant isn't in Vivec but in Gnaar Mok so it's easier just to travel there first. The man is south of town, supposedly helping fishermen. Kill him and his two associates, then return to Malacath to collect the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw.
