Getting it:
Go to Ghostgate and then travel north 3 sectors and then 1 sector east. You'll eventually find Odrosal, Dwemer Training Academy and enter. The sword is located in the tower of the Academy, in the center of a circle of red candles.
NOTE: I advise you not to use this weapon until you get the Wraithguard. Otherwise, you'll be dealt big time damage and may die everytime you equip it. If you use Previous/Next Weapon buttons watch out if it's in your inventory!
