Getting it:
Between the fortress Falensarano and Tel Aruhn is an island, just off the mainland. On the "C" shaped island is the Yansirramus Shrine, where you need to go. Talk to the statue of Molag Bal inside and he'll tell you to kill one of his followers named Menta Na. Menta Na is in the cave of Kora-Dur, about two sectors north-east of Maar Gan. The entrance is locked so bring some powerful stuff to open it.
Once inside, follow the passages until you find a well lit room with a Daedroth in the center (Menta Na). Kill it and return to Molag Bal. For your service he gives you his mace.
