Getting it:
Travel to Sadrith Mora and head east on the same island to find a Daedric Shrine. You'll find that the door is blocked with debris so you'll have to find another way in. The Omaren Ancestral Tomb is northeast of the shrine and the closest place so head over there. Go inside and search for the connection to the shrine. Once you've found it, proceed through the passages until you reach a large room full of lava. Above the pool of lava is a floating chest, the Skull Crusher inside.
